The problem
Endera Motors (Endera) is recalling certain 2022-2023 Endera school buses. The rear emergency exit door has a gas shock that is underrated for the weight of the door, which can result in the door closing unexpectedly. The risk
An emergency exit door closing unexpectedly can increase the risk of injury.
What to do
Dealers will replace the gas strut with a standard locking mechanism, free of charge. Owner notification letters were mailed November 11, 2024. Owners may contact Endera customer service at 419-523-3593.
