The product

The child's round back (item #0409042) and straight back (item #0409102) wooden chairs have a lacquer painted finish in one of the following colors: red, light blue, dark blue, pale yellow or light green. The hazard

The leg supports can crack, causing the chair to collapse. Children sitting in these chairs can fall.
