The product
The glass knobs can be found on PBteen Chez Moi Furniture Collection, Model Numbers 6247795, 6247811, 6247811, 6247787, 6247761, 6247779, and 6247803.
The hazard
The glass knobs can break when over-tightened or when pressure is applied, exposing a sharp edge.
What to do (per CPSC)
PBteen is contacting consumers directly and providing acrylic replacement knobs at no cost to consumers. Consumers who believe they have the affected furniture can call PBteen.
Notes
Incidents (per CPSC): PBteen has received 14 reports of individuals receiving lacerations from broken drawer knobs that were over-tightened during assembly.
